About the Clinic
Integrated Therapy of Grand Island is a new physical therapy clinic that collaborates with each individual patient’s need. No more generic or cookie-cutter style of physical therapy that requires you to come three times a week. Instead, you will find a collaborative approach between you and your physical therapist working with each other for the same goal of restoring and enhancing your quality of life in a manner that fits your needs and schedule. Meet Our Physical Therapist

Darlene Mowrey, PT, DPT,CMTPT
Physical Therapist
Darlene Mowrey was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She received a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology with a partial minor in dance from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana in 2013. She received a doctorate in physical therapy from Indiana University Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in 2016. In 2016 she moved to Nebraska and worked in the field of orthopedics and pediatrics until 2018 when she switched from pediatrics to pelvic floor. With a passion for both orthopedics and pelvic floor, Darlene continues to learn and grow in both areas. She is fully certified in trigger point dry needling and the Graston Technique. Darlene has taken and become certified in all three of the Herman and Wallace pelvic floor courses. These certifications qualify her to treat both men and women with bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Darlene is a certified yoga instructor and incorporates yoga into her practice as well to improve healing and patient body awareness. Darlene has passions for weightlifting, running, cycling, rock climbing, yoga, and dance and incorporates those passions into her treatment.
